Description:
HealthEast Hospice Care provides care and support for people facing a life-limiting illness. They focus on the quality of life, not the duration and emphasize emotional, spiritual and physical well-being.

They use a team concept which includes nurses, physicians, home health aides, social workers, therapists, counselors, clergy and specially trained volunteers.

Hospital based hospice serving the counties of Anoka,  Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey,  & Washington.
