Description:
HealthEast Hospice Care provides care and support for people facing a life-limiting illness. They focus on the quality of life, not the duration and emphasize emotional, spiritual and physical well-being.

They use a team concept which includes nurses, physicians, home health aides, social workers, therapists, counselors, clergy and specially trained volunteers.

Hospital based hospice serving the counties of Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, & Washington.
