Description:
If you have chronic, long-term or advanced illness, Fairview Home Care and Hospice’s palliative care service helps you manage pain, symptoms and emotional issues in the comfort of your home. Palliative care specialists work with you, your primary doctor and your family to provide care at the same time you are receiving other treatments. They help you choose the options most appropriate for you and plan for the care you want before you need it. They will also help you and your family have conversations critical to preserving your quality of life and supporting your personal wishes.
