Description:
The Visitor Welcome Center is a result of United Hospitals commitment to the visitors and family members of their patients and outpatients. Located in the main lobby of the hospital, the Visitor Welcome Center is there to help manage the details of daily living while you are there. It is a place to relax, gather your thoughts and access needed information and services.
The Visitor Welcome Center is open around the clock and is staffed between the hours of 9 am. and 5:30 pm. Welcome Center staff can provide information about meals, lodging, transportation and personal needs. They can also make referrals to services and activities available in the community. For a more complete listing of services, stop by the Welcome Center.
In addition to the Lipschultz Center Guest Apartments, the Welcome Center can also make guest rates available at three nearby hotels.
United Hospital's Serving Seniors program offers four free hours of parking in the United Hospital ramps or valet parking anytime you have a medical appointment. The Serving Senior program also offers a complimentary 12 ounce poured beverage in the hospital cafeteria.
