Description:
Mortgage Assistance Program

Assistance is to parents of children age 18 or younger who have been hospitalized for serious medical conditions for at least 21 days within the last 90 days. Provides a grant to homeowners of ill children under age 18 for up to $1,200.00 towards a mortgage payment. Reviewed on a case-by-case basis. One grant per family in any given 12-month period.

Applicable for primary and secondary mortgage. Does not make payments of association fees, rent or multiple properties.
