St. Luke’s Cancer Care Center offers patients the same personal, individualized care synonymous with St. Luke’s, with the added convenience of cancer-related services in one location. Patients and families discover a space designed to offer top quality, coordinated medical care in a soothing environment. The close proximity of services at the Center supports the team approach that St. Luke’s believes is essential in caring for cancer patients. The Center offers medical oncology, radiation therapy and infusion therapy. Chemotherapy and other infusion therapy treatments are provided in a friendly, open environment that encourages interaction between patients and families. The area’s full bank of windows offers a stunning view of Lake Superior. A full-range of radiation services is offered on-site, and includes a state-of-the-art linear accelerator.

Since 1996, St. Luke’s and the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) School of Medicine have shared a unique bond—the Whiteside Institute for Clinical Research. The Institute seeks to promote, implement and advance clinical research activities with an emphasis on cancer. Your doctor will inform you of clinical trials available should you meet the appropriate criteria.
