Provides various tests, medical services and health information for a reduced cost or for free.

The Phillips Neighborhood Clinic is founded in the belief that comprehensive health care services lead to better health. Because of this, endeavoring to provide a broad range of services to the community.

The PNC provides a wide range of medical services, including:
Physical Exams, Women’s Health Exams, Well Child Visits, Wound Care, Sutures, Eye Irrigation, Vaccinations, and Contraception

The PNC also provides a variety of laboratory work:
Blood Draws, Urine Tests, Cholesterol Checks, Blood Pressure Checks, STD Testing, HIV Testing & Counseling, Pregnancy Testing

They also provide the following services:
Physical Therapy, Interpreting Services, Social Work & Referrals, On-site Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Care, Assistance with Medical Assistance, MN Care, and GAMC application forms, including follow-up

For uninsured, underinsured and/or unstably housed persons of the Phillips Neighborhood. No Appointments or Insurance Necessary. Spanish Interpreters are available at all times. The Phillips Neighborhood Clinic (PNC) is a free clinic operated by University of Minnesota health professional students. All students are supervised by licensed clinicians. En Espanol tambien.
