Description:

Our Lady of Peace Home develops a care plan that involves both the patient and their family. Patients and loved ones can spend important time together without the exhaustion caregivers experience at home.

A Care Team consisting of physician, nurse, aide, pharmacist, social worker, chaplain, and activities coordinator, work together to meet the needs of the patient. They receive expert medical care, including pain management, nutritious meals, whirlpool baths, and around the clock nursing care. Our Lady of Peace Home has a low patient to staff ratio, and offers large, spacious rooms in a home-like atmosphere.

Patients, family, and friends can also enjoy a beautiful chapel with Mass and Communion held several times a week.
