The law offices of Legal Aid Service of Northeastern Minnesota (LASNEM) provide free legal advice and representation to low income people who live in Northeastern Minnesota. Their goal is to provide representation and legal services to as many clients as possible consistent with the most important needs of their clients.
Legal Aid Service of Northeastern Minnesota (LASNEM) is a non-profit corporation and they do not charge for their services. At Legal Aid, their attorneys provide basic protection by enforcing the law when their clients' rights are violated, by representing their clients' interests in obtaining changes in law where its effect is unjust, and by informing low income people of their legal rights and responsibilities.
They will help resolve civil problems with Housing, Government Programs, Family Issues, Consumer Disputes, Seniors' Issues and other legal matters.
