Description:
The Duluth office of Legal Aid Service of Northeastern Minnesota (LASNEM) is a civil legal services office for residents of Carlton, Cook, Lake and Southern St. Louis Counties in the Arrowhead region of Northeastern Minnesota. The office includes a general legal services program and the Senior Citizens Law Project.

We provide legal services at no charge to eligible low income residents of our area whose legal issues fit within our priorities. The civil legal services we provide are geared to protect the basic needs of our clients: food, shelter, medical insurance, income protection and safety.
