Description:

Minnesota Oncology offers a full range of diagnosis, treatment and support services all in self-contained, convenient locations. These community cancer centers deliver comprehensive, compassionate care using best practice guidelines, state-of-the-art therapy, and premier cancer care. This enables close coordination of treatment by our cancer care team, and enhances treatment for the patient who may require multiple therapies.

With recent advances in technology and medical expertise, more and more cancer therapies can be administered on an out-patient basis. And, because many treatment options require shorter hospital stays, or no hospital admission at all, the quality of life of patient is often improved.

Maplewood Cancer Center provides a unique service to the East Metro community by offering a full complement of patient-centered cancer care services in one convenient location, with complimentary parking and easy access to facilities.

In addition to medical oncology and hematology care, MCC offers state-of-the-art radiation therapy treatment, including PET/CT, Image-guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS), Intensity Modulated Arc Therapy (IMAT) and Brachytherapy Technology (HDR).

Our caring team will support you throughout the cancer journey. Along with comprehensive clinical care, we offer access to resources for financial assistance, educational classes and emotional support for you and your family.

Maplewood Cancer Center is also home to our fully-licensed Cancer Care Pharmacy, making oncology-specific drugs available to patients at all of Minnesota Oncology’s nine clinics, in a safe and timely manner.  Medication Therapy Management services are also available to assist and educate you in the proper management of your prescription and non-prescription medications, and to provide helpful information to ease possible side-effects that you may experience.

Diagnosis – Treatment – Compassionate Care…under one roof
