Description:
Provides medical services at Falls Memorial Hospital for International Falls residents for a reduced cost or for free if income guidelines are met. Falls Memorial Hospital services may be free if below poverty level; otherwise, reduced cost.

Must be International Falls resident for 90 days with lower income or high insurance deductible and patient at Falls Memorial Hospital.

Applicants must first apply for Medical Assistance through Community Services. If they are denied MA, they can apply for this program. Call for an application.
