Description:
The Downtown Coalition holds weekly Saturday meetings that are free and open to the public, regardless of religious affiliation. The meetings provide a safe, understanding environment for grief education, comfort and recovery.

At our weekly sessions, everyone participates at their own pace. There’s no requirement for attendees, and no judgment – just respectful, caring volunteers who are ready and willing to help with the healing process.

Meeting format:

   9:30-10:00 a.m.  Refreshments and check-in
 10:00-10:30 a.m.  Educational presentation
 10:30-11:30 a.m.  Discussion groups for loss of spouse, loss of child and loss of family or friend
