SLIDING SCALE CLINIC SERVICES - Provides various tests and medical services for a reduced cost or for free. For testing, they do have a lab onsite and have the equipment to do EKGs, but do not have the capabilities to do X-rays. Any testing they cannot do, they will refer the patient to another doctor or clinic.
