Description:
The Center for Prostate Cancer has Education and Resources available for urological cancers, focusing on prostate cancer.

A Support Group is available for prostate cancer patients, family, and friends ages 18 years and older. This group has rotating speakers and topics. A light dinner is provided for no cost, and free parking is offered. Groups are held on the 1st Thursday of each month from 6:00 - 8:00pm.

Other available resources include: Nutrition and Diet Counseling, Research affecting prostate cancer, Hospice and End of Life resources, and Symptom Management during and after treatment.

The Center for Prostate Cancer at the University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview was created to conquer one of the most commonly diagnosed cancers in men. Our experts in urologic surgery, medical oncology, radiation therapy, and patient education work together to bring the best possible resources to men with prostate cancer and their families.
