Description:
Group sessions focus on helping individual caregivers fuel their own tank for the responsibilities that are theirs in caregiving. The group process offers a sharing of humor, experience, concrete coping strategies and education on topics of interest.
This is an open ended group that caregivers are able to enter & leave according to need. Although the group is not focused on cancer patient care givers, all caregivers are welcome.
