Description:
If you are a caregiver or family member of a loved one who has a chronic illness or disability, it is vital that you also remember to take care of yourself.

This interactive, educational group addresses a variety of issues, including grief and loss, depression, family relationships, acknowledgment of feelings, finding resources, self-care and more.

Although the group is not focused on cancer patient care givers, all caregivers are welcome.
