Description:

CANCER TRAVEL FUND - A $50.00 gift is available once a year for eligible patients currently in active cancer treatment. Boy Scout Troop handles the fund, but a group of parents are responsible for processing the application and dispensing funds to cancer patients.

Any patient currently in active cancer treatment and having an affiliation within the Benson area. Includes those who work, go to school, church, use the hospital and clinic facilities or do business in Benson. Cancer patients in the DeGraff, Danvers, Swift Falls and Clontarf areas are also eligible.

Call to request an application. Patients must complete a short application form, have it signed by their physician and mail to the address listed on the form.
